A battling Dewi Stars, who have had a tough campaign so far this season, replied through Rhodri Morgan, but will hope for an upturn in fortunes in 2022.

Llanboidy will be hoping to provide more Christmas cheer when they take on title rivals Crymych on Monday, December 27 in what promises to be a mouth-watering encounter.

Crymych are the only team still unbeaten in division one and they remained within two points of the leaders with a game in hand after their solid 4-0 derby win over Cardigan Town.

The Magpies rallied in the second half, but a penalty from Osian Wyn put the game behind them, and they need to make the most of their games in hand if they are to revive their season.

Third-placed Ffostrasol had no game, whilst St Dogmaels stormed into fourth spot with an emphatic 9-1 demolition of Llandysul at the weekend.

It was just 2-0 at the half-time break, with goals from Luke Jones and Louis Harding, but the floodgates opened in the second half, with both players going on complete well-taken hat-tricks.

Brothers Adam Williams and Lewis Williams also got onto the scoresheet, along with Robbie Jenkins, whilst the Swallows netted their consolation effort through Jay Johnson.

Felinfach 's match with Crannog was postponed, whilst in the second round of the Cwpan Coffa Dai Dynamo Davies Aberaeron Reserves were unable to raise a side to play Bargod.
