A PENCADER man has been fined for speeding and a previous conviction and sentence set aside.
Ian James Trigwell pleaded guilty at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court to driving a Ford Transit at 42mph in a 30mph zone on the A484 at Cenarth on September 23 last year.
The 50-year-old was fined £80, with £90 prosecution costs and a £34 victim surcharge. His driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.
A previous conviction and sentence imposed by the court for failing to reveal to police the identity of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence was set aside.
