A LLANDYSUL driver caught using a mobile phone has been banned from the roads for six months
Daniel David Hywel Williams, of Rhydowen, Llandysul, pleaded guilty under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court to driving a Ford Ranger at Blaenannerch, Cardigan, on July 26 while using a hand-held mobile phone.
The 34-year-old was banned from driving for six months, the disqualification obligatory due to repeat offending. He was also fined £146, with prosecution costs of £85 and a £34 victim surcharge.
