A PENCADER man who failed to tell police the identity of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence must pay more than £800.
Ian James Trigwell, aged 52, found the case again him proved in his absence under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court.
He was fined £660, with £90 prosecution costs and a £66 victim surcharge. His licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
A charge of driving a Ford Transit at 42mph in a 30mph zone on the A484 at Cenarth on September 23 was withdrawn.
