A MAN who drove from Bridgend to Llanybydder to buy a car during the first national coronavirus lockdown has been fined for breaking coronavirus regulations.
Andrei Miclea, of Cwmllynfell, Bridgend, found the case against him proved under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court, where the bench heard he had travelled to Llanybydder on May 5 to buy the car, in breach of lockdown rules.
The 31-year-old was fined £660 and order to pay £85 prosecution costs and a £66 victim surcharge.
