A SHEFFIELD man has been charged with drug-driving at Cardigan.
Kevin James Brownhill, of Palm Lane, Sheffield, is alleged to have driven an Audi A3 on the A487 at Blaenporth on June 28 when the proportion of a controlled drug delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (cannabis) exceeded the specified limit.
It is alleged he had 4.7 microgrammes per litre of blood. The legal limit is two microgrammes.
Magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre adjourned the case against the 39-year-old until December 10. No plea has yet been entered.
