Llanelli Magistrates' Court
AN Abercych man has had a charge of failing to provide a blood sample dismissed by the courts.
Liam John Matthews, aged 35, had been accused of failing to supply a specimen of blood after being suspected of driving a vehicle at Ammanford on October 26.
Magistrates at Llanelli dismissed the case and awarded costs to Matthews.
