A LOCAL business could soon be looking after one of the public toilets in cardigan town centre

October’s meeting of Cardigan Town Council heard that letters of complaint had been received from members of the public regarding availability of public toilets in the town centre.

Mayor Cllr Clive Davies said: “One of the shops in town has said they would be interested in looking after the Chancery Lane toilets.

“Hopefully that will happen and they might also be interested in looking after the Feidr Fair block as well.

“The toilets in the Market Hall will also be done and hopefully we will be in a better position next year regarding public toilets.”
