AN arrest warrant has been issued for a Cardigan man who failed to appear at court to face four charges.
Toby William Holland, of Blaenporth, Cardigan, has been charged with driving a vehicle on the A487 at Synod Inn on January 17 that he knew had been taken without the owner’s consent; driving without insurance and possessing a lock knife without good reason or lawful authority in a public place.
The 48-year-old has also been charged with driving off and failing to pay for petrol worth £50 at Llechryd on November 19 last year.
Magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre issued an arrest warrant without bail. No pleas have yet been entered.
