A CARDIGAN man has been remanded on conditional bail charged with theft from a shop and fraud by false representation.
Charlie Moxon, of Pwllymeidw, Cardigan, has been charged with stealing two drills and an angle grinder for Charlies Store, Aberystwyth, on June 9 and with fraud at B&M Cardigan on May 29, where it is alleged he presented two items at the till he had just taken off the shelves and had not paid for and asked to exchange them for two Peppa Pig toys.
Magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre remanded the 33-year-old on conditional bail until August 5. No pleas have yet been entered.
