AN arrest warrant was issued for a Newcastle Emlyn man who failed to appear in court.
Engin Coskun, of Cawdor Terrace, Newcastle Emlyn, failed to appear at Aberystwyth Justice Centre where he was due to face a charge of exceeding the specified limit of a controlled drug when in charge of a motor vehicle in the town on January 3 this year.
Magistrates issued an arrest warrant without bail for the 36-year-old.
