OFF-road motorcyclists and a driver on his way to check out a caravan were among those fined and turned back by police in Ceredigion yesterday (Monday, May 25).
The county’s roads policing unit was out and about in both marked and unmarked cars and caught a group of off-road bikers from the Merseyside area.
The driver looking to buy a caravan had travelled to Ceredigion from Telford and was reported for non-essential travel and sent back.
