PLANS have been submitted to build seven new homes at Penrhiwllan.
An application has been made to Ceredigion planners to demolish an existing bungalow at Castell Crug to build seven new residential homes, two of which will be affordable housing.
The scheme has sparked concerns with local residents, who have raised questions over access, the density of the scheme and effect on local wildlife and the environment.
Comments can be made on the Ceredigion Council planning portal.
