BORIS Johnson said: "People will be allowed to drive to parks or beaches within England, but not to cross the border to Wales or Scotland for leisure activities if different restrictions are in force".
But how will they police this to prevent masses of people from England coming over to rural Welsh areas - which will happen - despite promising to increase fines.
