A man has been arrested after two incidents were reported outside a Morrisons, in Hadleigh.
The 57-year-old, from Leigh, was arrested over the weekend, but has since been released on bail while investigations continue.
A spokesman from Essex Police, said: “Following an incident of public order on Friday, April 24 around 6am outside Morrisons in Hadleigh and subsequent criminal damage caused to the store over that weekend, we arrested a 57-year-old male from Leigh.
“If you were queuing to enter the store at this time or witnessed criminal damage to the building on Saturday April 25, please contact the investigating officer PC Lightfoot on 101, and please quote the crime reference number of 42/60587/20.”
