A LLANDYSUL driver who parked on a pelican crossing at Newcastle Emlyn has been fined and her licence endorsed.
Emma Louise Cloutman, of The Beeches, Llandysul, pleaded guilty under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court to parking a Vauxhall Astra within the limits of the pelican crossing outside the premier store, Sycamore Street, Newcastle Emlyn, on December 12.
The 29-year-old was fined £40, with prosecution costs of £85 and £32 victim surcharge. Her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
