A speeding driver has been fined
A LLANDYSUL driver was clocked at 91mph on the A48 at Pensarn.
Robert Spiller, of Caerwedros, Llandysul, pleaded guilty under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court to breaking the 70mph speed limit while at the wheel of a Mercedes on October 24 last year.
The 39-year-old was fined £100, with costs of £85 and a £32 victim surcharge. His licence was endorsed with four penalty points.
