AN ABERPORTH motorist caught speeding has been fined and his licence endorsed.
Paul Anthony Hanks, of Pennar Road, Parcllyn, Aberporth, found the case against him proved under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court of driving at 38mph in a 30mph zone on the A484 Cardigan Road, Newcastle Emlyn, on September 7 last year.
The 63-year-old was fined £220, with £85 prosecution costs and a £32 victim surcharge. Hs licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
