A driver has been fined for not wearing a seatbelt
FAILING to wear a seat belt has cost a Cardigan driver almost £200.
Heidi Hilda Reepschlager, of Station Road, Cardigan, pleaded guilty under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court to not wearing a seatbelt while driving a Vauxhall Agila at West Street, Fishguard, on September 12.
The 43-year-old was fined £76, along with £85 costs and a £32 victim surcharge.
