A LLANDYSUL tractor driver has been cleared of a charge of careless driving.
Joshua James Creffield-Pollard, of Rhydlewis, Llandysul, denied driving a Massey Ferguson tractor on the A48 at Nantycaws, Carmarthen without due care and attention on June 6 last year.
The prosecution at Llanelli Magistrates Court alleged the 22-year-old emerged from an unclassified junction into the path of an oncoming vehicle resulting in a collision, with the other driver suffering slight injuries.
But magistrates found Creffield-Pollard not guilty and awarded him costs.
