A LLECHRYD man was caught with drugs in Cardigan while subject to a suspended sentence and a community order.
Justin Benjamin Ryan McFee, of Maes y Deri, Llechryd, pleaded guilty to possessing 3.314 grams of Class A drug diamorphine and 2.5 grams of cannabis at Priory Street, Cardigan, on September 12.
He also admitted breaching a community order in April last year for possessing herbal cannabis at Lower Mwldan car park in Cardigan.
Magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice centre imposed a further community order with a 20-day rehabilitation requirement, along with 40 hours of unpaid work to be completed within the next 12 months.
The 23-year-old also admitted breaching a suspended sentence imposed by Carmarthenshire Magistrates Court in September 2017 for burglary at the Three Compasses pub at Newcastle Emlyn.
But rather than activate the suspended sentence order, which had only two days left to run, McFee was fined £100. He must also pay £85 prosecution costs.
A charge of obstructing a police officer at Cardigan police station on September 20 was dismissed, with no evidence offered.
