A CENARTH motorist must pay more than £800 after failing to reveal the identity of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
Timothy Stephen Harrison, of Penlan Holiday Village, Cenarth, Newcastle Emlyn, was found guilty of the offence under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court.
The 32-year-old was fined £660, with costs of £85 and a £66 victim surcharge.
A charge of speeding at 38mph in a 30mph zone on the A484 Cardigan Road, at Newcastle Emlyn on September 7 was withdrawn.
