FAILING to tax his vehicle has cost a Pencader man almost £600.
James Edward Davies, of Llanllwni, Pencader, pleaded guilty at Llanelli Magistrates Court to keeping an unlicensed vehicle on April 24.
The 29-year-old was fined £320 and ordered to pay back duty of £167.51, along with costs of £100.
