AN arrest warrant has been issued for a man accused of assault in Cardigan and a string of other charges.
Marian Oancea, of Bridge Street, Lampeter, failed to appear at Aberystwyth Justice Centre where he faced a charge of assaulting a woman in Cardigan on Friday, November 29.
The 42-year-old was also charged with carrying a knife in a public place in Lampeter on November 30; assaulting a police officer in Aberystwyth and damaging a police cell.
Magistrates issued a warrant for Oancea’s arrest without bail.
