PLANS are in the pipeline to make Cardigan an autism-friendly town.
Cllr Elaine Evans raised the issue at December’s meeting of the town council.
“I went to a convention in Cardiff and there was a lot of information and it’s time to crack on now in Cardigan,” said Cllr Evans.
“I have been in touch with the national autistic charity and I will be approaching shops and businesses in Cardigan to get involved and how they can go about getting a certificate so that we can become an autism-friendly town.”
