A LLANDYSUL driver has been fined and his licence endorsed for driving a vehicle without the correct class of licence.
Gareth Pryce Driscoll, of Parc Puw, Felindre, Llandysul, had the case against him proved under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court.
The 33-year-old was found guilty of driving a Ford Ranger Wildtrack while towing a trailer on the A40 at Sennybridge, Brecon, without the correct licence.
Magistrates fined him £220 with £85 prosecution costs and a £32 victim surcharge. Three penalty points were added to his driving licence.
