A van driver has admitted speeding
A CILGERRAN van driver was clocked at 54mph in a 30mph zone at Aberystwyth.
Timothy John Woolley, aged 61, pleaded guilty to speeding when driving a Ford Transit at 1.44am at Penparcau, Aberystwyth, on September 12.
Magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre fined him £100 and his licence was endorsed with four penalty points. Woolley was also ordered to pay £150 in costs and a £32 victim surcharge.
