A driver has been fined for speeding
A VAN driver was caught speeding at 41mph in a 30mph zone.
Daniel Colville Nepean, of Cwm Morgan, Newcastle Emlyn, pleaded guilty under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court to the offence, which took place when he was driving a Ford Transit on the B4332 at Boncath on June 16.
The 47-tear-old was fined £333, with £85 costs and a £33 victim surcharge. His licence was endorsed with four penalty points.
