A BURGLAR who broke into CK’s supermarket at Newcastle Emlyn has been given a community order and made to pay compensation.
Miles Alexander Charles Bishop, of Parc Pendre, Kidwelly, pleaded guilty to entering the building as a trespasser on March 10 and stealing four bottles of vodka.
Llanelli Magistrates’ Court ordered the 29-year-old to carry out 100 hours of unpaid community work within the next 12 months. Bishop was also told to pay compensation of £650, along with £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
