AN arrest warrant has been issued for a Blaenporth man who failed to appear in court for breaching the terms of a community order.
Toby William Holland, of Maengwyn Farm, Blaenporth, Cardigan, did not appear at Aberystwyth Justice Centre where he was charged with failing to attend unpaid work appointments without reasonable excuse as part of a community order imposed in June.
Magistrates issued an arrest warrant without bail for the 48-year-old.
