A NEWCASTLE Emlyn man has been fined and his licence endorsed after he admitted driving without insurance.
George Oliver Robinson, of Bridge Street, Newcastle Emlyn, was driving on the A485 at Alltwalis, in Carmarthenshire, in the early hours of August 12 when he was caught.
The 19-year-old pleaded guilty under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court, where he was fined £230, along with £85 costs and a £32 victim surcharge. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
