An arrest warrant has been issued for a Cardigan man
AN arrest warrant has been issued for a Cardigan man who failed to appear at court.
Mathew Roberts, of High Street, Cardigan, failed to appear at Aberystwyth Justice Centre where he was due to face a charge of assaulting a woman in the town on April 22.
Magistrates issued a warrant for arrest of the 45-year-old without bail.
