A NEWCASTLE Emlyn woman has been banned from driving and issued with a community rehabilitation order after pleading guilty to drug-driving.
Francesca Ardizzone, of Derwen Gardens, Newcastle Emlyn, admitted to drug-driving on the A48 Cross Hands on May 31 after testing positive for benzoylecgonine, cocaine and morphine.
The 32-year-old also admitted possessing bruprenorphine, a class C drug, and driving without insurance.
Ardizzone was handed a 12-month community rehabilitation order for which she must carry out 10 days’ activity as directed, as well as 40 hours unpaid work.
Magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre also banned her from driving for 12 months and ordered her to pay £85 prosecution costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
