A LLANELLI man found with drugs at New Quay must pay more than £350 in fines and court costs.

Jordan Russell Davies, of Pemberton Park, Llanelli, pleaded guilty to two charges when he appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.

The 25-year-old admitted possessing 5.19 grams of ketamine and 24 grams of cannabis – both Class B drugs – at New Quay on July 8.

Davies was fined £120 for each offence, along with £85 costs and a £32 victim surcharge. The drugs were ordered to be forfeited and destroyed.
