A Henllan man has been fined for speeding
A HENLLAN driver has admitted speeding at 37mph in a 30mph zone.
Glanville Lloyd Harbud, of Henllan, Llandysul, pleaded guilty under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court to the charge, which was committed on the A475 at Penrhiwllan on March 28.
The 67-year-old was fined £40 with costs of £115 and three penalty points were added to his licence.
