A driver has been fined for speeding at Cenarth
A MILFORD Haven van driver caught speeding at Cenarth must pay more than £300 in a fine and costs.
Andrew Daniel Laughlin, of Westhill Avenue, Milford haven, was clocked at 26mph in a 20mph zone while driving a Ford Transit on the B4332 in the village on April 12.
The charge was found proved under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court and the 63-year-old driver was fined £220, with £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
