Llanelli Magistrates' Court
A FINE and penalty points have been imposed on a Newcastle Emlyn driver clocked at 35mph in a 30mph zone near Cardigan.
John Harold Martin, of Aberarad, Newcastle Emlyn, pleaded guilty to the speeding charge at the B4570 at Cwmcou on March 20 under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court.
The 51-year-old was fined £100, with £85 prosecution costs and a £30 victim surcharge. Three penalty points were put on his driving licence.
