A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a Llandysul man who failed to appear at court.
Olaf Hibbins, of The Beeches, Llandysul, is charged with being in possession of 50ml of methadone, a controlled Class A drug, at Penrhiwllan on June 12.
The 40-year-old failed to turn up at Aberystwyth Justice Centre and magistrates issued the warrant for his arrest without bail.
