A driver has been fined for speeding at Pencader
A LLANDYSUL driver has been fined for breaking a 20mph speed limit outside a Pencader school.
Graeme Ronan Dow, of Penbontrhydyfothau, Llandysul, pleaded guilty under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court to driving at 25mph at Ysgol Gymunedol Care'r Felin, Pencader, on March 8.
The 44-year-old was fined £83, with £85 prosecution costs and a £30 victim surcharge. Three penalty points were added to his driving licence.
