Llanelli Magistrates' Court
A CARDIGAN driver caught speeding at Llechryd has been fined by the courts.
Hilary Anne Karlsen, of Felin Ban, Cardigan, pleaded guilty under the single justice procedure to driving at 36mph in a 30mph zone on March 27.
Llanelli magistrates fined the 75-year-old £74, with £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. Her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
