A NEWCASTLE Emlyn woman has admitted assaulting another woman and smashing the rear window of a car but denied two further charges of criminal damage.
Kayleigh Shakespeare, of Penllan Terrace, Newcastle Emlyn, admitted the assault in town on February 17 and smashing the car window on the same date, causing £400 of damage, when she appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
The 22-year-old denied two further charges of damaging a necklace worth £100 and a sign valued at £191.
Shakespeare was remanded on unconditional bail until October 14, when she is due to stand trial and also be sentenced for the offences she admitted.
