A NEWCASTLE Emlyn driver clocked at 35mph in a 30mph has been fined and her licence endorsed.
Kimberley Wilkes, of Beulah Road, Newcastle Emlyn, pleaded guilty at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court under the single justice procedure to speeding on the B4333 at Hermon on March 5.
The 35-year-old was fined £76 with £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. Three penalty points were added to her licence.
