A LLANYBYDDER driver who crossed double white lines has been fined.
William James Lewis, aged 20, was found guilty under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court of overtaking other vehicles in his BMW in contravention of the double white line markings on the A483 at Garthmyl, Powys, on June 14.
Lewis was fined £220 with £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. Three penalty points were added to his licence.
