A CARDIGAN man has appeared in court to admit to charges of assaulting a woman and criminal damage.
Sebastian Luke Williams, of Felin Ban, Cardigan, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman in the town on June 27. He had previously denied the charge.
The 34-year-old also admitted to damaging a toughened security window belonging to Dyfed Powys Police at Haverfordwest on August 2.
Magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre imposed a six-month conditional discharge for the assault, while Williams was fined £54 for the criminal damage and ordered to pay £50 compensation. He also has to pay £85 prosecution costs and a £32 victim surcharge.
