A SPEEDING Cardigan driver has been ordered to pay £281.
Gary Lee Pulley, of Feidrfair, pleaded guilty to speeding when he appeared at Haverfordwest magistrates' court on Wednesday, August 7.
A charge of failing to provide information about the driver was withdrawn by the court.
The court heard that Pulley, 53, was caught driving a BMW at 46mph in a 30mph area on the A484 Cardigan Road, Newcastle Emlyn, on November 4 at 8.43am.
Mr Pulley said: “To be honest, I have no recollection of when it happened. I pleaded guilty because I am the only person that uses the vehicle, so it must have been me.”
Magistrates fined Pulley £166 and added four penalty points to his licence.
He will also pay £115 in costs and a surcharge.
