IT was no surprise that the site of the old hospital is to be sold for non-affordable and so called 'affordable' housing.
Except, I seem to remember that when the site was considered for a new Integrated Health Centre it was said that the site is at risk of flooding.
So looking at the Natural Resources Wales flood information website, it also came as no surprise that the site is indeed at either High Risk or Risk of flooding from river and sea and other parts at Risk of flooding from the river.
Considering their previous statements, why did they put forward this plan to the county council? Dare I be cynical?
