A LLANYBYDDER woman will have to pay more than £800 after failing to reveal to police the identity of the driver of a car.
Margaret Elizabeth Gwenllian Thomas was found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to give information about the identity of the driver of a Land Rover Discovery alleged to have been guilty of an offence at Pontypridd on April 1.
In her absence, magistrates at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court found the case proved and fined the 49-year-old £660, along with £85 costs and a £66 victim surcharge.
Her driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
