A LLANYBYDDER man has escaped a ban under the totting up process after being found guilty of failing to reveal the identity of a driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

Robin Wealleans, aged 41, denied the charge for an offence relating to March 11, 2018 when he appeared at Llanelli Magistrates Court.

But Wealleans was found guilty and handed six points on his licence but was not disqualified under the totting up process due to the impact on his business, mother and the remoteness of where he lived.

He was fined £415, along with £150 costs and a £41 victim surcharge.
