A NEWCASTLE Emlyn man has pleaded guilty to four charges of possessing drugs.
Scott Matthew Salam, of Ebenezer Street, Newcastle Emlyn, was found with traces of diamorphine – a Class A drug – plus four diazepam tablets, four pregabalin tablets and a capsule of gabapentin – all Class C drugs – at Lloyd’s Terrace, Newcastle Emlyn, on April 25.
Salam, 25, admitted possessing the drugs at Aberystwyth Justice Centre, where magistrates fined him a total of £160, along with £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. All the drugs were ordered to be destroyed.
