A CILGERRAN man has been fined for possessing drugs.
Ellis Morgan Lawrence, of Trebanog, Cilgerran, was found in possession of nine grams of cannabis at Pendre, in Cardigan, on May 4.
The 24-year-old pleaded guilty when he appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. The drugs were ordered to be destroyed.
